Format
The game will initially be played in four teams. There will be one male and one female winner. The cast is aware of this going into the season.
The first episode will feature a twist to dwindle each team to 8. The Eras competed separately in the first challenge. The last place man and woman from each Era will automatically be sent into elimination. The winners will then choose their opponents. The winners were CT & Rachel for Era 1, Bananas & Laurel for Era 2, Cory & Tori for Era 3, and Horacio & Michele for Era 4. The last place players were Katie & Mark for Era 1, KellyAnne & Ryan for Era 2, Leroy & Nia for Era 3, and Nurys & Theo for Era 4.
The first elimination had someone from each Era choose between four classic eliminations representing each era. (Era 1: Balls In, Era 2: Pole Wrestle, Era 3: Hall Brawl, Era 4: Take Shelter). The games were chosen like The Duel where players chose out of cards.
Team phase: The previous elimination winners will choose their targets. The winning team’s targets will be the captains and have power, while the last-place team’s targets goes into the elimination. The winning teams captains will then choose out of the remaining two pairs to compete against the losers in elimination.
Individual phase: The previous elimination winner will choose targets. Last place goes into elimination, and the winners choose out of the targeted players to face off with the loser.
Each eliminated player awarded "Karma Points" to every remaining player in the game (1 being lowest, 5 the highest). The final points will be tallied up for advantages in the final.
Final prize: $1 million
Winners: $400,000 each
2nd place: $75,000 each
3rd place: $25,000 each
House drama and politics
Tony "went out with a bang" before he was eliminated. He seems to have been on the bottom of the Era 3 totem pole.
GamerVev says some of the arguments were intense, but he's not sure what will be shown.
Someone was concussed during one of the first eliminations. Production might ease up on the following physical eliminations.
Nia is said to be the weakest player on the Era 3 team.
Cara Maria and Laurel got into a serious argument. It was so intense that Laurel brought up Cara Maria's past alleged abusive relationships with Abram and Kyle (Kyle is supposedly under investigation by BMP). Cara Maria had to leave the house for a couple of days to see a counselor.
Era 3 won the first team daily, but Tony and Averey could not decide on voting, resulting in a stalemate. They were thrown in against Darrell and Jodi. Averey and Darrell benefitted from their position in the elimination.
During one of the challenges, a metal piece broke off and hit Jordan in the face, and his eye was cut. He was sent to the ER and had to get stitches for it.
Jordan has been vocal about sketchy calls from production this season and their treatment of the cast. During the first daily, he caught production giving checks to people who had incomplete puzzles. It seems like he won't return after this season.
Jonna found herself at the bottom of Era 3. She was caught lying by her team multiple times and was seen as untrustworthy and sneaky.
The elimination between Cory vs. Derrick was physical and featured them suspended in the air. Derrick left "badly" injured.
The elimination between Aviv vs. Jenny was possibly physical. Aviv left with an injured leg.
The elimination between Cara Maria vs. Tori had them treading water in the middle of the ocean. After three hours, they were told to keep their hands above the water. Cara Maria went under and lost.
Jenny crossed the finish line first but tied with Rachel due to the Karma Points. At the reunion it was decided that they would share the championship and split the prize money. Without the Karma Points twist the women’s final placements would’ve been Jenny in first, Michele in second, Rachel in third, and Tori in fourth.
